The Focus Scholarship covers up to full Tuition and Books.

This scholarship is designed for students enrolling at Tooele Technical College for 24 hours a week or more who are dedicated to pursuing a career within their industry after graduation.

About the Scholarship

• Awarding: Tuition amounts are determined by financial need (via FAFSA) and disbursed in two installments.

• FAFSA Ineligibility: Students who do not qualify for FAFSA may still potentially qualify for tuition coverage.

• Timing: Scholarships cannot be backdated and begin at the time of the award.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Focus Scholarship, students must:

1. Apply for FAFSA at studentaid.gov, listing Tooele Technical College.

2. Meet all college admission requirements.

3. Complete a scholarship application.

4. Enroll as a Certificate Seeking Student in an eligible program.

5. Maintain enrollment of at least 24 hours per week.

6. Maintain a minimum of 67% Satisfactory Academic Progress.

7. Be a High School Graduate or GED completer at the time of application.
