Common Health Care Vaccination Requirements
While specific requirements vary by program (Practical Nursing, CNA, etc.), students should generally be prepared to provide documentation for:
Requirement | Description |
MMR | Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Series of 2 or Titer) |
Tdap | Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Within the last 10 years) |
Hepatitis B | Series of 3 vaccinations or Titer |
Varicella | Chickenpox (Series of 2 or Titer) |
TB Screening | Current Tuberculosis test completed within the last year |
Influenza | Current flu immunization (Typically required Oct 1 – Mar 31) |
