CDL Substitute Instructor

Pay Rate: $30.35/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma, or equivalent

  2. Two years of recent driving experience in a vehicle representative of the type of driver training provided

  3. Possess a valid Class A CDL


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree in related field, from an accredited college or university

  2. Teaching experience in a secondary or post-secondary institution

  3. Experience in career and technical education

  4. Endorsements to Class A CDL


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  1. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, professional and organizational skills

  2. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
